Sri Dasmesh Academy , the brain child of late S. Sardar Prakash Singh Badal was esatblished in 1978 with an objective of providing quality education to the children of defence personnel , civilians and especially students from Punjab. Sri Dasmesh Academy is not only an educational institution but also a cultural and social heritage for all those who are associated with it. Within a very short span of time , the Academy carved a niche for itself in the realm of education and sports, becoming one of the best residential co-educational boarding schools in the country.

By virtue of its sprawling campus and excellent infrastructure, the Academy has consistently delivered outstanding results in all spheres. A proud member of the Indian Public Schools Conference (IPSC) , the Academy boats a distinguished alumni network whose members have excelled in deverse fields, including the Defence Services, Corporate Sectors, and Civil Administration.
